Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VeryJax purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Final sale, clearance, and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
